FLOODPROOFING REGULATIONS, SECTION 402.1

FPR section 402.1 (table 2) is amended to read as follows: General: Table 2 indicates the various degrees of protection required to permit use of spaces for each floodproofing; the chart in itself shall not be construed as being exhaustive with respect to all requirements imposed by these regulations. In any disputes arising over the interpretation of this chart, the written provisions of these regulations shall be considered as definitive. Statutory Authority: MS s 104.05
