FLOODPROOFING REGULATIONS, SECTION 204.7

FPR section 204.7 is amended to read as follows: Validity: It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation or agency (state or local) to erect, construct, enlarge, alter, repair, move, improve, remove, convert, or demolish any building or structure in the flood hazard area(s), or cause the same to be done, contrary to or in violation of any of the provisions of these regulations and/or the building code.
