§13-73-1 Definition. As used in this chapter unless otherwise provided: "Fish aggregating device" means any anchored, surface or subsurface structure including its fixtures and anchor line placed in the ocean by the statewide fish aggregating system. §13-73-2 Prohibited activities. No person, except as provided in §13-73-3, shall: (1) Attach, moor or tie any boat or other watercraft, or any rigging or structure to any fish aggregating device; or (2) Board, deface, damage, remove, or destroy any fish aggregating device. §13—73-3 Exceptions. A person, with the approval of the board or its authorized representative, may engage in prohibited activities listed in §13-73-2 for maintaining, operating, repairing, developing, monitoring, or for other activities. [Eff: APR 26 1982) (Auth: HRS §189-15) (Imp: HRS §189-15)
