(1) Field tolerances for the production of foundation, registered or certified grass seed are as follows: Maximum other varieties permitted in fields producing: Foundation: | 0% Registered: | 0.5% Certified: | 2% (2) Prohibited noxious weeds must be controlled to prevent seed formation.
