Fees for expert witnesses
Pennsylvania Code, Title 4 — Administration
If a rate of compensation for expert witnesses has not been established by an agency, the rate should not exceed Step H of Pay Range 53 of the Commonwealth’s Standard Pay Schedule S-1.
