(a) License, certified applicator's identification card, and registered technician's identification card fees shall not be prorated. All license, certified applicator's identification card and registered technician's identification card fees shall be paid, in full, in advance of the examination. (b) Personal checks for fees returned unpaid for any reason shall be treated in the same manner as though no fee had been tendered. (c) All moneys tendered in payment of fees shall be in the exact amount required for said fees. History Note: Authority G.S. 106-65.29; 106-65.31; Eff. July 1, 1976; Readopted Eff.
