Fees

(a) All application fees or other charges required or authorized by law shall be paid to the Treasurer by check or money order made payable to the Treasurer, State of Connecticut, at the time that the application is filed. Unless otherwise required by law, he may return it, with any fee that was submitted with it, to the applicant for correction. (Effective December 28, 1993)
