Federal Rules Adopted

80-3-1-.12 Federal Rules Adopted. Parts I, II, III, IV, V, and VI of the Brucellosis Eradication Recommended Uniform Methods and Rules of the Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, United States Department of Agriculture, as they are now written or as same may hereafter be revised or amended, are hereby expressly adopted by reference thereto as a part of these regulations and said above federal rules shall be complied with and followed to the extent that they do not conflict with the provisions of this regulation.
