Extensions of time

A request for an extension of time in which to perform an act required or allowed to be done at or within a specified time by any rule, regulation, or order of the board shall be by motion in writing timely filed with the board, stating the facts on which the motion rests and conforming to the provisions of section 13-01.1-02-10. Except as provided in section 13-01.1-02-08, such extensions of time will be granted or denied by the commissioner in the commissioner's discretion. History: Effective January 1, 1980.
