Extension of time

In the discretion of the Treasurer, or the presiding officer, for good cause shown, any time limit prescribed or allowed by sections 3-11-6 to 3-11-25, inclusive, of these rules may be extended. All requests for extensions shall be made before the expiration of the period originally prescribed or as previously extended. The Treasurer shall cause all parties to be notified of the action upon any such motion. (Effective December 28, 1993)
