Acp 213.05 Exceptions to Rulings By the Presiding Officer. (a) There shall be no interlocutory appeal to the board of procedural or discovery orders made by the presiding officer. (b) After the close of the record, the parties shall be provided 10 days to submit written exceptions to rulings of the presiding officer. The board shall rule upon any such exceptions and shall reopen or modify the record, if necessary or appropriate to effect relief.
