008. Examination for Renewal. After July 1st of each year, any holder of a Certificate of Registration who has not renewed his or her registration by April 1st nor reinstated it by July 1st of that year, shall take the written examination prescribed by section 76-542, R.R.S Nebraska, as amended, and, if he or she passes the examination and meets the other requirements of Section 76-542, R.R.S. Nebraska, as amended, he or she shall be given a Certificate of Registration. Source: Section 76-542 and 76-543
