9–100.324. Evidence: Stipulations. The parties may by stipulation in writing at any stage of the proceeding or orally at the hearing agree upon any pertinent facts in the proceeding. Stipulations may be received in evidence before, or at, the hearing and, when received in evidence, shall be binding on the parties to the stipulation.
