NAC 116A.300 Evaluation of course and instructor by students. ( NRS 116.615 , 116.665 , 116A.200 ) 1. Each approved course and each instructor of an approved course must be evaluated by students on a form prescribed by the Division and provided by the sponsor during every course offering. 2. The sponsor shall mail or deliver copies of the completed evaluations to the Division within 10 working days after the last day of class for the course.
