12–516.4. Euthanasia Drug Usage. A. Description: Records used to track the amount of drugs used per animal, as well as number of euthanized animals. Information includes date, number of cc’s used, weight of animal, type of animal, control number, initials and time of day. B. Retention: 5 years, then destroy.
