Establishment of canteens, canteen funds and benefit funds.

Requests for the establishment of canteens, canteen funds and benefit funds, as defined by K.S.A. 1980 Supp. 75-3728e , shall be made to the director of accounts and reports. The application shall be made upon the prescribed form and signed by the superintendent, president or other supervisory head of the state institution.
