Establishment and composition

(a) The Governor’s Interdepartmental Council on Seasonal Farmworkers is hereby established. (b) The Council shall be composed of the Secretary of Community Affairs, who shall serve as Chairman, the Secretaries of Revenue, Environmental Protection, Agriculture, Education, Public Welfare, Health, and Labor and Industry, the Commissioner of the Pennsylvania State Police, the Chairman of the Liquor Control Board, and the Attorney General.
