If any person violates any of the following, enforcement action may be taken by the chief engineer as specified in K.A.R. 5-14-1 and K.A.R. 5-14-10 : (a) A term, condition, or limitation of a term permit issued to authorize the diversion of leased water; (b) a term, condition, or limitation of a term permit issued to withdraw water from a safe deposit account; (c) a term, condition, or limitation of a water right that has been deposited in the water bank or a safe deposit account; (d) any order of the chief engineer concerning the deposit or lease of a water right; or (e) any order or condition placed on the use of the remainder of a water right that was partially deposited in the water bank or a safe deposit account.
