A. The emergency procedures of the board are as follows: 1. The Office of Facility Planning and Control receives the notification of emergency from the user agency. 2. The Office of Facility Planning and Control may, after a review of the user agency’s notification of emergency, notify the chairperson of the board that an emergency does exist. 3. The chairperson of the board then: a. authorizes the advertisement; b. directs the secretary to set the date and time for the emergency meeting for selection. The meeting shall be scheduled to occur not later than 72 hours after the advertisement is printed, not including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. 4. The emergency meeting will convene at the date and time designated pursuant to §339.A.3.b, to receive applications. 5. Applications will be distributed to present board members as the first order of business. 6. The meeting will then adjourn and, after a review of the applications by board members, reconvene at a time designated by the chairperson at which time selections shall be made in accordance with §327.
