NAC 62G.120 Eligible participants in districts with population of more than 100,000. ( NRS 62G.420 ) In judicial districts with a population of more than 100,000, a majority of the participants in a special supervision program must have been adjudicated delinquent and must have been given a suspended sentence for attendance in a juvenile institution.
