EFFECTIVE DATE OF CROP INSURANCE POLICIES
Administrative Rules of Montana (ARM)
(1) No crop insurance policy issued in Montana shall be effective prior to 12:01 a.m. of the day following the day that the application is bound by the producer or insurer.
