EFFECTIVE DATE

0240-02-02-.09 EFFECTIVE DATE. These regulations supersede all regulations concerning classification of persons for fees and tuition and admission purposes previously adopted by the Board of Regents and having been approved by the Governor, become effective on July 1, 1983, or upon their becoming effective pursuant to the provisions of T.C.A. §49-5-101 et seq. as amended.
