Effect of Publication in the Illinois Register
Illinois Administrative Code, Title 1 — General Provisions
Every proposed rulemaking, modification or repeal published in the Illinois Register shall be subject to review by the Joint Committee pursuant to Section 5-40 of the Act regardless of any assertion by the agency to the contrary. (Source: Amended at 18 Ill. Reg. 4758, effective March 14, 1994)
