Duty to Notify Division of Change

(1) Any applicant for registration as an immigration consultant or registered immigration consultant shall, within 30 days of a change to any information or document that the applicant or registrant is required to provide to the division: (a) notify the division in writing of the change; and (b) provide to the division the new information or document.
