NAC 104.155 Duties of filing officer ministerial. ( NRS 104.9526 ) The duties and responsibilities of the filing officer with respect to the administration of the UCC are ministerial. The acceptance for filing of, or the refusal to file, a UCC document pursuant to NAC 104.100 to 104.375 , inclusive, does not: 1. Constitute a determination concerning the legal sufficiency or insufficiency of the UCC document; 2. Constitute a determination that a security interest in collateral exists or does not exist; 3. Constitute a determination that information in the UCC document is correct or incorrect, in whole or in part; or 4. Create a presumption that information in the UCC document is correct or incorrect, in whole or in part. (Added to NAC by Sec’y of State by R084-01, eff. 10-30-2001)
