A driver's license or identification card issued to an individual before a Department of Homeland Security determination that this state is materially compliant may be renewed or reissued pursuant to current department practices and will be accepted for official purposes until the validity dates described in 6 C.F.R. 37, S, revised as of December 29, 2014.
