R3-10-901. Domesticated and Wild Animals; Inclusion; Exclusion A. The requirements of this Article apply when a covered activity takes place in an outdoor area or a partially-enclosed building and when, under the circumstances, there is a reasonable probability that animals will contaminate covered produce. B. The requirements of this Article do not apply either: 1. When a covered activity takes place in a fully-enclosed building; or 2. To fish used in aquaculture operations.
