Diversion Of Animals After Shipment
Idaho Administrative Code (IDAPA)
No person consigning, transporting or receiving animals in the state of Idaho shall authorize, order or carry out diversion of such animals to a destination or consignee other than set forth on the certificate of veterinary inspection or permit without notifying the Division of Animal Industries within seventy-two (72) hours of the diversion. (3-31-22)
