Distributions to minors and incompetent persons

Distributions to or on behalf of minors and other incompetent beneficiaries are governed by Indiana guardianship law set forth in the Indiana Probate Code. However, payments may be made to minor beneficiaries pursuant to the Indiana Uniform Transfers to Minors Act.
