Disposition of Original Records after Imaging

A. Agencies may dispose of the original source records after the records are converted to electronic format provided: 1. the agency has met the requirements of §1306 and §1307; and 2. the agency has submitted Form SS ARC 930 (Request for Authority to Dispose of Records) to the Louisiana State Archives and has received approval to destroy the records.
