DISPLAY OR SALE OF WEAPONS

The display or sale of weapons of any type is prohibited on the Agricultural Center grounds unless such display, sale or distribution is specifically authorized under the terms of an exhibit or concession contract executed by the Agricultural Center Manager. Failure to comply with this Rule shall be cause for the immediate termination of contract and removal from the Agricultural Center property. History Note: Authority G.S. 106-530; 106-6.1; Eff.
