5–421. Display of License. The operator of a public livestock sales establishment must display the license required by Article 5 of Chapter 11 of Title 47 of the 1976 Code and must display the Rules and Regulations pertaining thereto in a prominent place in view of the general public that would normally be involved in business transactions therein.
