Determination of the Announced Production Price

A. The announced production price shall be determined based on the following factors: 1. the average uniform price of milk in the top five states from which milk is imported to Louisiana; 2. the average transportation cost of importing milk from those five states; 3. the cost of production in Louisiana. B. The determination of the announced production price shall be based on calculations made by the Louisiana State University Agricultural Center, Department of Agricultural Economics and Agribusiness, using the factors set out in Subsection A of this Section.
