Deposits and expenditures.

(a) All moneys received by a benefit fund or a canteen fund shall be deposited into the bank account designated by the pooled money investment board. (b) All disbursements from benefit funds and canteen funds shall be made by check from the bank account for the fund. Petty cash funds, change funds and imprest funds may be established under procedures specified by the director of accounts and reports. The custodian or alternate custodian of each fund shall sign each check that is drawn upon the bank account.
