R2-17-110. Depositions The Board may allow the deposition of a witness who cannot be subpoenaed or is unable to attend the hearing, in the manner and upon the terms designated by the Board. The party requesting a deposition shall bear the expense of the deposition. Historical Note Adopted effective January 8, 1998 (Supp. 98-1).
