§23-601-1 Records. Unless entitled to confidential treatment pursuant to section 23-601-3, state or federal law, commission records, such as rules, regulations, opinions, orders, and meeting minutes shall be made available for inspection to the public during established office hours. §23-601-2 Reproduction of records. Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, records printed or reproduced by the commission shall be given to any person requesting the same upon payment of any fees established by the commission or by law.
