DEPARTMENT OF BUILDING SAFETY

Subpart 1. Creation of enforcement agency. There is hereby established in the municipality a code enforcement agency and the official in charge is the designated building official. The agency is referred to in the code as the "Department of Building Safety." Subp. 2. Appointment. The building official shall be designated by the municipality according to Minnesota Statutes, section 326B.133 .
