NAC 127.135 Denial, suspension or revocation of license: Written notice; hearing. ( NRS 127.230 , 127.270 ) 1. If the Division intends to deny, suspend or revoke a license to operate a child-placing agency, it shall provide to the agency or applicant for the license, together with the notice required pursuant to NRS 127.270 : (a) Written notification of the grounds for the intended denial, suspension or revocation; and (b) If the Division intends to suspend a license, the proposed period for which the suspension would be effective. 2. A hearing for the denial, suspension or revocation of a license to operate a child-placing agency must be conducted in accordance with the provisions of NRS 127.270 and chapter 233B of NRS.
