8 CSR 50-7.120 Denial of Certification PURPOSE: This rule outlines the procedure to be used to appeal a decision by the Missouri Workers’ Safety Program of the Division of Workers’ Compensation. (1) Any individual or business may contest a denial of certification by requesting a hearing before the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission or its designee.
