Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies
The respondent shall admit or deny each of the allegations contained in the complaint unless the respondent is without knowledge or information sufficient to form a belief as to the truth of an averment, in which case the respondent shall so state, such statement operating as a denial. The answer may contain a plain statement of any explanation or new matter which constitutes the grounds of the defense. (Effective May 7, 1980)
