Delivery Charges (Rule 75)

In all instances in which delivery charges, which include all shipping and handling charges, exceed ten dollars, pursuant to an offer subject to subchapter G, the total amount of such charges shall be clearly and conspicuously disclosed in the offer. Negative option membership plans operated in compliance with the Federal Trade Commission Rule on Use of Negative Option Plans by Sellers in Commerce (16 C.F.R. Section 425) are exempt from the provisions of CPR 75. (3-31-22)
