DEFINITIONS OF MONEY MARKET FUNDS

(1) For the purposes of implementing 33-4-403 , MCA, the commissioner defines "money market funds" as those investments which comply with the standards of the United States securities and exchange commission adopted in 17 C.F.R. 270.2a-7 , as it appears in the April 1, 1997, edition of the Code of Federal Regulations. (2) The commissioner hereby adopts and incorporates herein by reference 17 C.F.R. 270.2a-7 , as it appears in the April 1, 1997, edition of the Code of Federal Regulations. A copy of the complete regulation is available for inspection at the office of the Commissioner of Insurance, Room 270, Sam W. Mitchell Building, Helena, Montana.
