Accy 2.601 Definitions. In this subchapter: (1) “Compliance period” means the 2-year period immediately preceding the renewal date under s. 440.08 (2) (a) 1., Stats. (2) “CPE” means continuing professional education. (3) “Inactive certificate holder” means an individual who holds an unrevoked certificate as a certified public accountant granted under s. 442.04 (1), Stats., and who does not hold a current license to practice as a certified public accountant issued under s. 442.08 (1), Stats.
