Definitions

(1) Terms in this rule are defined in Title 58, Chapter 1, Division of Professional Licensing Act, and Rule R156-1, General Rule of the Division of Professional Licensing. (2) In addition to the definitions in Subsection (1), "license" or "licensure" means any right or privilege to engage in the practice of a regulated profession or occupation under Title 58, Occupations and Professions, and includes a license, certificate, certification, registration, permit, classification, student card, apprenticeship, or apprentice card authorized under Title 58, Occupations and Professions.
