0080-02-04-.01 DEFINITIONS.

(1) For Purposes of these Rules:

(a) Official Identification – A means of identifying an animal or group of animals in accordance with 9 C.F.R. 71.1.

Emergency rule filed August 2, 2009 expired; rule reverted to its previous status on March 2, 2010. Amendment filed April 23, 2010; effective September 28, 2010.
