Definitions

The following words and terms, when used in this subchapter, have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: Gender identity or expression —The gender-related identity, appearance, mannerisms, expression or other gender-related characteristics of an individual regardless of the individual’s designated sex at birth. Sexual orientation —Heterosexuality, homosexuality or bisexuality.
