Definitions.

As used in the rules of the minority development financing advisory board. (A) "Board" means the minority development financing advisory board. (B) "Business bonding program" means the minority business bonding program as established by sections 122.87 to 122.89 of the Revised Code. (C) "Director" means the director of the Ohio development services agency and assigned staff where appropriate.
