DEFINITIONS
Administrative Rules of Montana (ARM)
(1) "Prior insurance" means an automobile insurance policy in force with any insurer, or an authorized self-insurance plan in effect, at the time of or at any time within the three-year period prior to application for coverage with any insurer. (2) "Insurer" means an individual insurance company or a group of affiliated insurance companies.
