Definitions.

As used in this article, the following terms shall have the meanings specified in this regulation: (a) "Abortion" has the meaning specified in K.S.A. 65-6701 , and amendments thereto. (b) "K.B.I." means the Kansas bureau of investigation. (c) "Fetal tissue" means any tissue, organs, or body parts obtained from a dead human embryo or fetus after an abortion. (d) "Medical care facility" has the meaning specified in K.S.A. 65-425 , and amendments thereto.
