"FOIA" means the Freedom of Information Act [5 ILCS 140]. "Freedom of Information Officer" or "FOI Officer" means an individual or individuals responsible for receiving and responding to requests for public records. "Office" means the Office of the Attorney General. "Requester" means a person who submits a request for public records in accordance with this Part.
